VERTICAL SMART GREENHOUSE

Description: It is a hydroponic and irrigated system that can be installed on any land by leveling the ground, capable of producing independently from climate and soil (using the advantages of climate), designed for maximum efficiency in vertical area.

Need: It is designed to use the land efficiently and vertically in order to meet the increasing need for food in parallel with the increasing population in the world and to ignore the effects of global climate changes on climate, water, soil and air and to make the yield sufficient for the population.

System’s Energy: Heat and light energy of the greenhouse system;

  1. a) Will make maximum use of the sun,
  2. b) Another system that we can use as heat and light energy for the greenhouse is the magnet-assisted loop system, which is completely our own design. It can be used if efficiency analysis is made and found to be efficient.
  3. c) Solar energy will contribute to the heat and light system with energy panels (if systems a and b are sufficient, option c will not be needed).

Organization:

  1. Outdoor: Our system has an exterior wall, window and roof system that allows the heat and light transmission of the sun, does not let the cold of the outside in, and preserves the heat of the interior at the maximum level.

 

  1. Columns: On the right and left row columns, water, mineral, medicine tanks and pots are arranged with a quadruple arrangement at 50 cm intervals, the water, minerals and drugs can be poured into the pots at the desired rate, after the waiting periods in the pots, they can be taken to the used vehicles section below, and from there to the main storage. It consists of a mechanism where it can be given again and used again by pressing back. According to the nutritional characteristics of the plant grown, the storage and pot system on the top has timely filling and unloading and the necessary electronic and sensor systems.

 

  1. Brain and Storage: In the greenhouse, there is a section consisting of the brain, water tank, mineral tank and waste water exchange sections, which are managed by a movable electronic brain on the rails, as well as a warehouse that does not require human intervention, thanks to the time-tasking digital brain with timely filling and discharge transmitter and collector apparatus.

 

  1. Ladder: The extended, moving ladder system on the rails, which sweeps the columns horizontally in the greenhouse, can collect products from the pots, and the necessary maintenance and repairs can be made to the system with the help of ladders when necessary.

 

  1. Anticipated Benefits: Our smart vertical greenhouse can work with the maximum efficiency possible in all kinds of geography and climate, and can bring many products such as tomatoes, peppers, garlic, beans, eggplant and cucumbers to the economy.
